We would like to thank the stalwarts that came out in the rain to listen to our concert on July 15th.

Those that came were given a treat with a great opening performance by the Olympic Express big band. This was also our last performance with guest conductor Tyler Benedict.  Tyler is off to Seattle with a new job but will be returning when he can to join the Sequim City Band on Tuba or maybe again at the podium.

Our next concert is August 19th.  Before this concert a special band of Sequim City Band members and Alumni will perform music composed by our founder Chuck Swisher.  Expect some great Sequim favorites like Lavender Rag, and Sequim Gazette March.  This is also the Sequim City Band’s birthday bash.  We will have some time for a meet and greet with the audience to thank all of you for supporting the Sequim City Band for the last 20 years, and your continuing support for the next 20!
